Our Alignment & Transition Committee (ATC) is analyzing needs and reviewing options for District 27. We will propose recommendations for the alignment of clubs for next year beginning July 2010 and the longer term re-formation of the District into two newly formed districts. Toastmasters are encouraged to review our efforts and reports. Feel free to send emails to D27ATC@gmail.com to provide comments or ask questions.
On May 8, 2010, the District 27 Council will (in this order) vote on:
- The 2010-2011 Re-Alignment of Clubs;
- Proceeding with Re-Formation (to split into two districts);
- Effective date of Re-Formation (July 1, 2011 with transition beginning July 1, 2010);
- District Re-Formation Boundaries (for the two districts);
- District Officers for 2010-2011 year (one DG, two LGETs, two LGMs, and ten Division Governors).
